Service Description

GENERAL SERVICES: - We detail customers cars with the greatest care possible. However, if any mechanical / electrical fail for no reason while in our care, we will not accept any responsibility to make repairs. Examples such as window malfunction, door electrical, dead batteries, seat failure, screen displays, ect. - On check in, we ask our customers to identify any components or parts already broken or beginning to fail. Extra care will be taken during the cleaning process in required areas. - If we find defective areas / materials while cleaning we may not be able to clean the area properly to avoid further damage, customer will be notified. INTERIOR SERVICES: - Customers are required to clear ALL personal items prior to their appointment. Newton's Auto Details will not be liable for any lost or damaged items. Glove box or center consul area must be cleared out or they will not be detailed. Extra fees will apply for removing personal belonging prior to beginning services . - There is an additional fee applied for excessive vehicle accessories such as seat covers, cup holder coasters, hanging storage, baby mirrors, ect. - Car seat(s) are to be removed prior to your appointment. We will not install or uninstall any car seats. EXTERIOR SERVICES: - Newtons Auto Details is not liable for any dents, scratches, defective paint, rock chips, ppf / wrap failure, broken / damaged parts that have occurred prior to cleaning. - Newtons Auto Details will not take responsibility for any damages to paint protective film (PPF) coverings that may occur during the washing process. We ask all customers before starting if they have any protective coatings. - For vehicles with aftermarket window tinting, we clean the glass as carefully as possible and do not use any sharp cleaning tools. In any event, we do not take responsibility for any film that lifts or breaks during the cleaning process. - Newtons Auto Details only cleans the sunroof glass surfaces with the sunroof in the closed position. We do not open sunroof windows to do any track area cleaning. The sunroof tracks are best maintained by the auto glass shops. They have the expertise to clean and re-grease the tracks and check all the drainage/lubrication systems & vents to ensure proper movement and water drainage. - Newtons Auto Details is not responsible for any decorative items such as auto brand emblems, trim / roof racks or other such items that may be damaged in the standard cleaning process.
